Your browser may warn you before the download finishes. Chrome says
"This file may be harmful" or "may be malware" while Google checks it.
Choose Keep (or Download suspicious file). The file is
signed by us and you can verify it yourself — the SHA-256 checksums are published
at the bottom of this page.
Then Windows will show a blue "Windows protected your PC" box. This is
normal for a recently released installer: SmartScreen builds trust from download
numbers, and a brand-new version starts at zero. Click More info,
check that the publisher reads Javier Hernández Gil, then click
Run anyway.
Run the installer as Administrator
If prompted about Visual C++ Redistributable, click Yes to install it

2. Common issues
"Plugin doesn't appear in my DAW"
macOS: Verify the files exist at /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ (AU) or /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/ (VST3). Trigger a plugin rescan in your DAW.
Windows: Verify C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\dBaton CUE.vst3 exists. Trigger a rescan in your DAW.
Both installers are code-signed, but new releases start with no download
history, so Windows and Chrome may warn you anyway. If you want to be sure the
file you downloaded is the one we published, compare its SHA-256 checksum:
